Digital Pattern Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing one of my digital patterns. Please read the following information carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Downloads

All patterns are digital products. No physical item will be sent.

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to a link containing your pattern. Because digital products are supplied immediately, cannot be physically returned, and remain accessible after purchase, I am unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations once the digital content has been supplied.

By choosing to receive your digital pattern immediately, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your right to cancel the purchase.

Please check that you are purchasing the correct pattern before completing your order.

Accidentally Purchased the Same Pattern Twice?

Mistakes happen! If you accidentally purchase a pattern that you have previously purchased from my shop, please get in touch.

Once I have verified the previous purchase, I will be happy to exchange the duplicate purchase for another pattern of your choice of the same or lower value.

Please note that no refund will be given for any difference in price if you choose a lower-value pattern.

This goodwill exchange applies specifically to accidental duplicate purchases and does not otherwise change the digital refund policy above.

Problems With Your Pattern

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your pattern, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

If the digital content is faulty, not as described, or there is another issue covered by your consumer rights, please contact me so that I can put things right.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
