All products sold on this website are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, the pattern will be made available for download immediately.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before access to the digital product is granted.

Delivery

Digital patterns are delivered instantly via download link or email upon completion of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided and that their device is capable of downloading and accessing PDF files.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a crochet pattern has been purchased and delivered, it is deemed to have been received and cannot be returned. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has begun. This is in accordance with Regulation 37, which applies to digital content supplied immediately.
